Tree Condition Report

Visual tree inspections are usually undertaken as a way to assess the risks posed to persons and property by trees. The findings are then written into a ‘Tree Condition Report’. These reports give an overview of the physiological and structural conditions of the trees concerned and recommend any remedial works that may be required to reduce the risks posed. Landowners have a duty of care to maintain their property in a reasonable condition, this includes trees. By carrying out a tree condition report and any work recommended within ensures the duty of care is fulfilled.

What’s the process?

Once requested to provide this service the site is set up on digital mapping software. Any specific requirements can be discussed and catered for during the setup.

Once on site, the software is used to record the locations and specific details of the trees. This can be all trees on site or only those with significant faults. Mitigation is recommended where required to reduce risks to acceptable levels.

Back in the office the data is reviewed and compiled into a PDF document. The final product you shall receive will be a report format document with all the required information to manage any risks posed by the tree stock.
